We had a lovely stay at Duck Down Cottage. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right on our doorstep. The cottage was wonderfully clean and cosy, providing all the little touches to make us feel at home. Despite its compact size, the kitchen had an impressive range of cooking facilities. The decanter of sherry was a nice touch for a November stay. Although the shower was small, we managed and the hot water was plentiful. we would recommend this charming cottage for a cosy getaway.

We had a cozy November getaway at Duck Down Cottage and enjoyed the location and complementary oat biscuits. The cottage was ideally located, with everything on our doorstep. It was lovely and warm, providing a perfect escape from the November chill. The decanter of sherry added a nice touch of warmth to our stay.

The fridge needed cleaning and there was a leak in the under kitchen sink cupboard. However, we managed to temporarily repair the leak ourselves.
